Design And Implementation Of The Financial Ledger System In Zhejiang Province Rural Credit Cooperatives

The Rural Credit Cooperatives of Zhejiang Province have the characteristics of the large number, a large number of legal and secondary subsidiary legal persons, and many points of network. How to manage these dispersed financial data intensively and timely. How to manage the whole financial data of farming system effectively and integratively and how to give full play to the support role of financial information for decision makers' decision consciousness. These give a higher requirement to RCFMS (Rural Credit Finance Management System). RCFMS of Zhejiang Province is a financial management information system based on rural credit cooperative system of Zhejiang Province, which closely combined J2EE technology financial management information system DB2 database,developed and designed for large financial enterprises.The system uses network environment set up the timely data communication systems between provincial Associated Press and the Associated Press and banking institutions while the various agents focus on the handling and storage on the media of business network environment.At the same time an effective data collection function can be extracted with ,the head office finance department and the community's financial department use networks of data collection, exchange to quickly make headquarters and sector reports on final accounts. The dispersion of data to achieve business focus timely management, system data sharing to achieve the company's fully integrated financial information management.This article uses the software engineering,discussed the design and implementation of the financial management system and ledger subsystem in detail . The design and implementation of the financial management system and ledger subsystem is discussed in this aticle.At first extract and draw the case diagram by the business process due to dealed with by the general ledger.Divided general ledger subsystem into functionmodules contain basic maintenance,certificate processing,bank reconciliation,cash flow,book query,end of treatment. By extrating the case to alalysis and design the business class diagram,and take the business class diagram of the certificate processing for example to analysis the whole design,then design how to implement class diagram in detail and the database table.Try to implement the function of the whole subsystem by the implement class diagram of the detailed design.It is used J2EE programming language to implement the whole system.DB2 is the backgroud database.The system uses adopts three-tier design of B/S.
