On today in economicglobalization trend, the international circulation of commodities is multifarious day by day.The resulting information input to increase and lead to different system to store data byfinancial system and invoicing system. The result is Data, the error summary, inaccuratereport, and the serious economic consequencesThis paper is a description of design and development of the financial analysis system.The system is developed according to software engineering, and C#, VS2010and SQLSERVER2010Server is adopting to implement this system, which supply the storage andaccess data information. The user interface adopts the WPF technique, making the interfacesimple and convenient. Bulk data handling techniques which utilize Excel and XML toovercome traditional operations that cannot be blocked. According to the softwareengineering ideas, we deal with demand, design and implementation of demand by thewaterfall model.The emphasis of this paper is to document the batch data; we use XML as the systemconfiguration files and financial vouchers model file, Excel as the export template file. We usethree document template mechanisms to enhance the input document speed. Threemechanisms, Invoicing system operation automatic entry certificate information, the financialdocument template document information and plan adopted by the batch input documentinformation.The system adopts WCF technology to network communication. WCF uses the C#language, fusion of a variety of existing technologies of Microsoft, is now a mature networkcommunication technology. It can greatly improve the speed of communication system andthe efficiency of the system. Through the application of the system can greatly improve theefficiency of the input of financial credentials, reduce the burden of clerk.
