Through cooperation with headhunting companies,large enterprises seek more professional talents for their company,and therefore provide sufficient power for the future development of the company.As a well-known headhunting company within the industry,a human resources company has recommended many outstanding professionals for large enterprises and gained good reputation.With the gradually expanding of the company's market business scope,the management tasks for business information such as talents,projects,and corporate customers have also become increasingly arduous,and the problem of poor management of the original management has become increasingly apparent.Therefore,the company decided to develop the headhunting work management system and enhance its normative.In the development process of the headhunting work management system of a human resources company,JFinal framework,Oracle database and other technical forms are adopted.Taking the bas:ic idea of the MVC design pattern as the fundamental method of technical design,the JFinal framework was adopted.The framework has the characteristics of simple code structure,comprehensive components and clear hierarchy,which realizes the layering idea.Oracle database technology has a large distributed nature,suitable for data management of large systems.The system mainly implements the business in terms of talent pool and headhunting projects.In the talent pool,talent information can be added,and all kinds of talent information existing in the system can be managed in an all-round way,including inquiry and collection.The company's library implementation business is similar to it,where the company's customers are seen as the main target,they can be done the basic operations such as added,viewed,exported and so on,and they can be dispatched and counted.In headhunting,we can connect with talent and track the progress of various types of business.Users can set up customer data,various types of templates and other business information,which are mainly reflected in the headhunting module.After the implementation and application of the system,many breakthrough results have been achieved,which significantly improved the rationality and quality of the headhunting management of a human resources company.Based on the scope of the company's current business development,a comprehensive management mechanism based on the current information is established.Users can conveniently process relevant information according to actual needs,which enhances the rational use of business information.In response to the company's current project development,the financial business involved in it is processed and tracked in a timely manner,which ensures the rational allocation of internal resources of the company.In addition,a comprehensive statistical analysis mechanism for various types of business information is provided in the system,and relevant person can grasp the changing rules of business behavior,and it provides a sufficient basis for their decision-making.
