From the aspect of the enterprise's actual conditions,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the functional design and problems need to be solved of HRMS,and discusses the overall designing idea, including the scheme of database and function module design. Ultimately,the system achieves the management function of personnel files, worker archives, worker account, checking-in, staff salaries, income and spending state and software users.
