That’s why something happened frequently such as hardware modification and compatibility problem happened between each subsystem.The purpose of this thesis is resolve two problems: The first, promo concept of intelligence residential property management thru analysis characteristic of intelligence residential property management, let people get deeper understanding that what including and function implement with intelligence residential property. Second, work out a intelligence residential property management system, including hardware and software two parts, make daily operation can be more efficient, orderly, smart, improve the quality of householders, and reduce labor intensity of operator.This thesis’ s study focus on Web Service,.NET technology, Multi-layer structure technology, SQL Server, Visual Basic, smart metering technology etc. And according to request of residential property daily operation, develop an economical, practical and convenient property management system after systemic analysis, systemic design, systemic implementation.There are two main parts in this thesis: The first, based on software and database design, to implement function including processing household information and fees items database, provides the data entry, multi-condition query, statistics, reports output and so on daily operation function needed. Base on advantage system architecture to do detailed design of the system function module. Second, develop integrated automatic meter system base on embedded technology, for implemented electric meter reading regular and reduce labor intensity of operator.Finally, this paper will output study design result is base on intelligent data operate system, forming a smart community system integrated including automatic meter reading, security, property management etc. subsystem. I hope this study design result can give user a completely new experience, increase householder’s comfort level and improve efficiency of property management operator.
