Smart Grid Intelligence, as the development of information society's objective needs of the city, is a smart urban development, energy security an important foundation and pioneer of intelligent urban development is an important part. At present, some of the power system monitoring measures can not adapt to the needs of smart grid business management. How to sent the user's real-time data accurately to electricity supply sector in the database, and how to minimize the need of the human force, material resources, has become a pressing problem, the only way to solve this problem is to focus, remote, real-time meter reading.Currently meter reading system's remote channel communications technology is relatively mature, the problems need to overcome is its local channel's data transmission. Current meter reading system commonly used power line carrier line, RS485 bus, cable TV in local communication channel.But there is wiring these methods is difficult, and poor reliability, transmission effects are not ideal. This paper has been studied by means of centralized meter reading based on the comparison, a new type of centralized meter reading to solve the existence of some existing reading meter problem. In this paper, low-voltage technology based on CFDA reading system of local wireless channel micro-power module to communicate with its remarkable features is difficult to solve the routing problem, while its flexible structure, easy maintenance, low cost, reliable of versatility.The main study of this paper can be summarized as follows:1. According to different methods of the local communication channel comparison, proposing the CFDA meter reading measure. And focusing on the CFDA (Cellular Fixed-wireless Digital Access) fixed wireless digital access technology and its two sub-modules CAC (Centre access unit) and DAU (distribution of access unit), through the concentrator and collector functional requirements analysis, combined concentrator and collector characteristics of the block diagram and the CFDA, the CAC and DAU are designed through the UART interface, applied to the reading system of the concentrator and the collector, the design based on the CFDA reading system block diagram of the overall program. 2.In the Linux operating system, studying the entire device system software architecture, and focus on centralized meter reading system designed and implemented local wireless communication channel, concentrator and communication between the collector and concentrator through sending AT commands, controling DAU and CAC module's communication, achieve reading system local channel communication that is the communication between concentrator and the collector.3. Achieving the concentrator modules's basic infrared communication functions and their associated communication protocols improving, infrared communication is mainly to facilitate end-site commissioning, parameter setting and the terminal datas reading.4. According to the module unit testing and system testing, and puting forward some reasonable solutions to solve problems in testing,so there will be a more optimized system performance,and the products operate more stably.Through software integration, test results show that the design and implementation of the CFDA reading system achieve the designed functional requirements, the hardware circuit is stable, while the system also uses Linux operating system management applications, so performance is more stability. This system ont noly has meter reading capabilities, but also achieve functional such as power control, alarm, upgraded for independent modules. It will be applied to the power system well.
