Enterprise in order to achieve the continuous development and progress, to maintain long-term competitiveness of the market, must be to establish a set of scientific and standardized management system for customers,which is not only a strategic task for modern enterprises, but also the development of the enterprise are important factors.The Qinghai sales company development and customer demand management basis, through detailed market research, strengthen and specification of customer development, visit and maintenance, to establish a set of suitable for enterprise business management of customer service system, to design the enterprise CRM system(though), customer relationship management,in detailed customer data collected on the basis, the establishment of database of customer information management, customer documentation, tracking,analysis, marketing and content push the system construction goal. System base on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, the SQLSERVER database to achieve the establishment of a unified customer information management system.Analysis the relationship between customer management system, system interface design, system roles and the reality of the corresponding relation, the customer demand for products in-depth analysis, as a fully detailed customer service management, do maintain existing customers found new customers,mining potential customers high-quality, establish management system,information management, information service, information query module design,to achieve the fine management of customer. Around the customer development,customer service, customer churn warning function settings, lines of analysis, by means of electronic information of effective communication, understand and influence the behavior of the customers, improve customer satisfaction, and ultimately improve customer acquisition, customer retention, customer loyalty and customer profitability objective. Through the design and application of CRM(Customer Relationship Management) system, realize the standardization,multi-channel customer management processes, ensure the integrity and uniqueness of customer information, to ensure that customer data integration,consistency, validity, query, input, application and management of customer information, in accordance with the management level of Qinghai sales the company, to meet the needs of the customer management application, company branch, business department, gas station level, multi users in different regions of the design and operation of customer management, unified management of all customers in Qinghai, comprehensively and effectively enhance customer service and marketing level, enhance and improve the market competitiveness of Qinghai sales company.
