Now the company has begun the implementation of information management. In this thesis, we design a new Office Automation System to serve the office operations for the company. The new Office Automation System changes the traditional office procedures and improves the office efficiency. Our Office Automation System can be intergrated with other information systems and the informazation can be realized finally.According to the realistic demand of the company, this thesis focuses on the receiving and distribution management for official document and realizes the news bulletin and push mail simultaneously. We design a convenient, stable and practical office automation software based on the management process of company. Our system not only introduces the ideas of collaborative work and paperless office and stresses information sharing and utilizing but also support by web browsers. Our company can be managed the document, the information, the personal task, the mail and so on by integrating a varity of information. Moreover, the office efficiency has been improved.Our systme develop on Lotus Dominon/Note platform, and this platform is powerful because it can realize the function of authority control, digital signature, data encryption and Log/Audit Trail. This platform provides a powerful email system. Our Office Automation System is more efficiently based on the platform.The Office Automation System has been applied by AVIC Shenyang Xinghua Aero-electric Appliance CO., Ltd sucessfully and the Office Automation System improve the management of the company.
