In recent years, along with the old city of city scale expanding and the transfo rmation,convenient conditions in the gas pipeline installation, the transformation brin gs, but also provides new opportunities for the development of natural gas pipelin e users. At the same time, because of the compartmentalization of city managemen t, some construction units do not follow the standard, some public safety awareness is weak, which gave the city gas pipeline network operation increase the number of potential safety problems. The region is the safe operation of city gas pipeline and poses a serious threat to. The level of construction technology and pipeline layin g quality is not high, and the safe operation of gas pipeline and proposed the new task.City gas pipeline system is not always in a safe state, it is caused by a variet y of reasonsconsequences, serious consequences may result in significant casualties and property losses,the majority of city basic every year caused by the faults of g as transmission and distribution system for many of the disaster. However, for a cit y gas transmission and distribution system,or in the gas of a system or a compone nt of the system, it is how much risk, the risk is whatform, how to control or reduc e these risks is an important issue, so risk assessment research is urgent need of cit y gas transmission and distribution pipeline network system the.Aiming at the above problems, this paper uses JAVA, Struts, Spring, Ibatis as t he coretechnology to develop the design, database built based on a city underground gas pipelineoperation safety evaluation system for SQL Server J2 EE. In this paper, t he main work is as follows: 1 introduced the background and significance of the r esearch, analyzes the present research situation of the topic at home and abroad, an d summed up the necessity of city underground gas pipeline operation safety evalu ation system. 2 according to the research on safety assessment of a large numbe r of city gas pipeline that: according to the complexity of environment of city gas n etwork and random, considering pipe failure possibility factors andthe consequence of failure factors, and determine the pipeline corrosion, third party damage,pipeline design and operation factors as the main factors affecting the failure possibility; gas pipeline failure to people the losses caused by the factors of loss of property, personal safetythat is caused by the loss of the casualties, on the living environment o f influence, namely the impact on the community, as well as to the fuel gas suppl y system for users and the effect to the pipeline repair system impact. A detailed an alysis of 3 pairs of underground gas pipelineoperation safety evaluation system, intr oduces the related technology needed for system. This design adopts SQL Server da tabase platform, MVC model structure was determined by means of the technology is introduced, and the detailed design of the platform, development of safety asses sment system for underground gas pipeline society of city operation. 4 this paper city underground gas pipeline operation safety evaluation system by using performance t estingtool Loadrunner, QTP functional testing tool to test the system. Eventually th e cityunderground gas pipeline operation safety evaluation system to achieve the de sired results.Finally, city underground gas pipeline operation safety evaluation syste m for a certain role in promoting the increase of the whole city informatization m anagement level. Network information management system not only can improve th e reasonable and efficient networkmanagement level, reduce the occurrence of safet y accidents, also can improve the quality of life for city dwellers.
