It is a hot and difficult issue in the field of food safety monitoring and cross-border food inspection in China to evaluate the food safety level.The application of scientific food safety evaluation index with high performance as well as appropriate evaluation methods is the key of food safety evaluation.This paper mainly studies problems related to import food customs clearance inspection and safety risks of customs declaration foods,including imported food safety risk assessment system for imported food fast customs clearance,import food safety risk index composition index and index design,food safety risk rating assessment models and risk prediction studies for food categories.Firstly,the paper constructs the food safety risk index.Secondly,using the systematic comprehensive evaluation method,combined with the index theory,double-vector evaluation index of the unqualified rate and the non-conformity evaluation index is designed.Based on the overall index,imported food safety risk index is proposed to determine the food safety risk level.Finally,aiming at the imported food category,an imported food safety risk prediction model based on data mining was proposed.Taking the imported aquatic foods and imported tea foods as an example,this model was used to study the safety risks of a batch of customs foods.The regulatory identification and early warning of imported food safety risks have put forward countermeasures and suggestions,assisting the import customs clearance food inspection and inspection work,and improving the customs clearance speed of imported food.Through research,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)A multi-level and multi-dimensional imported food safety risk assessment model was constructed.In the existing literature,the construction of the imported food safety risk assessment model ignores the important impact of the imported food on the risk assessment of the food in the customs declaration process.Therefore,this paper constructs a multi-level import safety risk assessment system based on the characteristics of the food itself,including The food quality,food category,food testing items and the safety status of specific testing items in the food are evaluated to obtain the source of the hazardous substances in the imported food,which is convenient for food safety supervision.(2)A reliable,objective,simple and recognizable food safety risk index was designed.The "unqualified rate" and the "unqualified degree" are used to evaluate the safety status of imported foods from multiple levels.At the same time,based on this,the imported food safety risk index is constructed.Using the index to assess the status of imported food safety risks,compared with the existing assessment of imported food safety risks using only the non-conformity rate indicators,the risk index can accurately identify the degree of food risk,and the evaluation results are highly discernible.The design process is objective and the evaluation results are objective.(3)Using data mining technology,making full use of the historical sampling data of imported customs foods,discovering valuable information hidden in the detection data,constructing an imported food safety risk prediction model,using this model to predict imported food safety risks,and refining the model prediction results,assisting in the safety supervision of imported food.Compared with the commonly used imported food safety risk assessment methods,the use of data mining technology advantages,the effective use of the original data to characterize food safety information,the resulting imported food safety risk prediction model can more objectively reflect the food safety situation.
