Under the background of the continuous development of social economy in our country,with the in-depth promotion of the digitalization of traditional archives and the vigorous strengthening of the construction of archives informatization,especially the rise of the concept of "smart city" and the rapid development of new generation of information technology,such as cloud computing,Internet of things,big data,smart archives emerged as the times require.In recent years,a series of security incidents in archives have caused great losses to archives,which has attracted great attention from the state.Intelligent archives,as a new thing,are developing in exploration.Their security work involves a wide range of fields and requires high technology,which is different from traditional archives.Through the study of the safety risk evaluation index system and model of smart archives,this paper explores more reasonable design and more targeted measures,in order to effectively reduce the probability of safety accidents in smart archives.According to the existing literature,because the smart archives are still in the stage of exploration and construction,the academic discussion on the smart archives is heated,but there is no research on the direction of safety risk assessment,leading to the lack of a comprehensive,scientific,reasonable and practical evaluation index system and evaluation model for the safety risk of smart archives.Firstly,this paper combs,summarizes and condenses the potential security risk factors easily appearing in smart archives by means of literature research,field research and expert scoring,combining with the development status of smart archives in China and referring to the current relevant laws,norms,regulations,etc.,and using DEMATEL method.Based on the preliminary analysis and treatment of the influencing factors,the key factors affecting the security of smart archives are determined.On this basis,a set of safety risk assessment index system of smart archives is constructed,which includes 8 first-level indicators and 36 second-level indicators.Secondly,through the comparison of the commonly used evaluation methods,this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of various methods,so as to determine the combination of information entropy theory and matter-element extension theory to establish the security risk evaluation model of smart archives,which greatly improves the scientificity,objectivity and reliability of the evaluation results.Finally,the evaluation index system and evaluation model are used to make an empirical analysis of an archive.The results show that the overall risk level of the archive is very safe,but there are some shortcomings in some aspects.The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation.At the same time,the practicability and feasibility of the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the security risk of the smart archives constructed in this paper are verified.Combined with the evaluation results and the actual situation,a series of pertinent suggestions are put forward.This paper establishes an evaluation index system and model for the safety risk of smart archives,which provides ideas and theoretical basis for the construction of smart archives and their safety risk assessment in China,and has important practical significance for promoting the scientific,healthy and sustainable development of the archives safety guarantee system in China.
