In recent years, wireless sensor network is a very hot research area. It is recognized as the second largest network after the Internet. The characters of wireless sensor networks decide that it requires high level safety. So This article researches on safety field.At first, the concept of safety will be introduced. Because safety growth measurement has difficulties, the reliability growth model that applied to evaluate safety growth has deficiencies. So This article combines with Monte Carlo methods and importance sampling principle to post safety growth evaluation methods based on the correlative risk profile, and focus on the generation of the correlative risk profile and the generation of test cases that use correlative risk profile. Then this article theoretically analyzes safety growth evaluation methods based on the correlative risk profile, and why and where this method is superior to other methods. Based on the study on the above, and combined with analysis of advantages and disadvantages of existing risk assessment methods and data envelopment analysis, a risk assessment method based on the Malmquist productivity index is proposed. First select the appropriate decision-making unit and input-output, then get the relevant information obtained frontier of risk and risk output values each time, then get the Malmquist productivity index between every two time points, and use the Malmquist productivity index as the basis to explain the proposed risk assessment method, followed by the method validation and analysis. At last, the final summary is given.The proposed safety growth test method is more efficient than the traditional statistical methods. It can use less test cases to find software defects that may lead to serious incidents, and improve efficiency of safety growth test. The risk assessment method can track the changes of risk in the system dynamically and provide a basis to risk prevention, so this paper has a certain practical significance and application prospects.
