Research On Risk Assessment System Construct Of Physical&Chemical Testing Lab In Enterprise

Physical and chemical testing and analysis industry,plays a very important role in the process of industrialization in China.The physical and chemical laboratory it relies on has also entered a stage of rapid development so that there are many risk problems worthy of our special attention.These risks mainly exist in the process of safety management and quality management,which seriously affects the overall laboratory-management standard and the development of the enterprise.Therefore,it has profound theoretical and practical significance to discuss the safety and quality management risks in the operation of physical and chemical laboratory.This paper takes Y company test center as the research object,analyzes its problems in risk management through the identification of risk factors and hidden dangers in the operation process of safety management and quality management,and puts forward targeted improvement measures and suggestions.The main contents of the study are as follows:First of all,analyzing the characteristics of the physical and chemical laboratory industry and the status of risk assessment to determine the research methods for this paper.Secondly,using FMEA method as the theoretical basis to calculate the risk factors of Y test center quantitatively,and use the 5S theory to identify the failure modes of the two aspects of the implementation status in the target system.Thirdly,TOPSIS theory is used to improve the calculation method and get the failure mode evaluation conclusion.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the corresponding rectification measures are put forward,and the risk management ability of Y test center is strengthened through the work details' improvement and the construction of overall management system.
