With China's reform and opening up and the implementation of the One Belt One Road policy,exchanges at home and abroad are also more frequent.Foreign companies have entered China to set up factories in order to reduce the cost of China's abundant labor resources,and thus obtain higher profits.The automobile industry has now become the pillar industry of China's economic development.Among them,the auto parts industry upstream of the automobile industry occupies an increasingly important position in the country's economic development.However,in the booming development of the auto parts industry,enterprises pay more attention to safety than to pay attention to production,which leads to a series of safety problems in production.This paper focuses on the safety risk assessment of the production process of Company B.First of all,starting from the dangerous accidents that occurred in the production process of Company B in recent years,analyze the various types of security risks that lead to such incidents.At the same time,combined with the national laws and regulations on safety,it analyzes the safety risks in the production process and production process of Company B,finds all the safety risks involved in the production process of the company and establishes safety risk assessment indicators based on the production process of Company B system.Then,the expert questionnaire method is used to evaluate the importance degree and risk degree of each risk item in the risk evaluation index system,and the weight of each risk indicator is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process.The membership degree matrix of each index risk degree based on the risk index system is established.The weight and membership matrix of each risk index are combined and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to obtain the security risk level of the company's production process.Then,according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the data samples needed for training BP neural network are obtained,and the parameters of the established BP neural network model are determined by combining the risk index system.The BP network under different number of hidden layer nodes is trained to compare the error between the sample output and the expected output of the network to determine the optimal network structure and the optimal network performance.Finally,the expert's evaluation of the safety risk degree of the company's production process is used as the BP network structure established by the verification sample input.The comparison between the network output result and the expert evaluation result determines the BP neural network method to apply the company's security risk assessment.At the same time,risk prevention and control of high-risk items in the production process.
