Digital underground gas pipe network system as the important infrastructure of city, plays a key role in production to the development of the city. With the city of digital gas underground pipeline system is becoming more and more complicated, the general form of computer management has been difficult to meet the requirements of real-time and efficient management of pipe network. Therefore requires a digital network management system to meet the actual needs, and based on digital underground gas pipe network system GIS real-time monitoring, maintenance, rapid positioning and provide the best decision scheme of digital gas fault underground pipeline system run time of.The system includes three subsystems: 1, user management subsystem. 2, fault maintenance subsystem. 3, the map service system. User management subsystem is responsible for the user registration, login, personal information query, settings, permissions settings. Fault maintenance subsystem is responsible for the user to declare the fault, fault, fault query administrator audit, the administrator management fault maintenance state, users of fault handling. The geographical location of browsing, editing based on map services subsystem provides pipeline. System based on J2 EE technology, GIS development platform using ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Server API for javascript. Through the realization of the system design, mainly studied the SSH framework and MVC design pattern and dependency injection technology.Digital underground gas pipe network system of GIS can make the network management more intuitive, convenient and fast based, especially has the characteristics of real-time and efficient in network maintenance. Efficient processing of fault can effectively reduce the urban production loss and the influence on the life of the residents. Digital underground gas pipe network system is the use of GIS technology, based on the establishment of the network spatial and attribute database, comprehensive management information system network spatial and attribute information, provided a scientific base for making decision network planning, design, maintenance and graphic information management, realize the whole computer operation decision analysis.
