With the high-speed development of science and technology, the transformation of heat pipe began moving towards full-automatization, so remote monitoring of every key node(heat-exchange station) is worked availably to the whole heat pipe by heating units.However,due to the irrationality of network design, Most network nodes that need to monitor have no power lines nearby. Distant power transmission line is a huge problem to municipal construction, especially for heating units. Not only engineering is complex, cost is extremely high, but also maintenance is very difficult.Thus, we need a simple and saving technology-GPRS remote transmission technology.GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) is a mature commercial wireless communications technique. Its lower cost than other wireless communications and high transmission rate make it have a good prospect for the application in the wireless monitoring&administration system.According to "Design code of urban heat supply network", this paper mainly introduced design and research of wireless monitoring for each key nodes after which heat pipe network reconstructed that is belong to Linglong Heat Companies in Zhaoyuan. The main works are as follows in this paper:Firstly, this paper offers the whole design proposal of thermal pipe based on GPRS.The system includes GPRS Data Transmission Module, Computer Monitoring Software and Analog Acquisition Module. Those thirds are connected by M-BUS/RS485and GPRS internet, co-work on monitoring task to key nodes cooperatively.Secondly, the paper puts forward design requirements after analysing functional requirements of data transmission equipment in thermal pipe system. And design GPRS data transmission module in two aspects of hardware and software. At the hardware aspect, the system has developed GPRS network interface, M-BUS communication interface, RS485communication interface, Power supply voltage and master control system,etc. At the software aspect, system has developed driver software module of MG232based on AT instruction set, parameter configuration module while starting up, device data transmit software module in different type. Finally, data can be transferred between Server and different type of collectors pellucidly.Finally, according to feature of GPRS data transmission module, the server needs to open a corresponding port to receive data which every key node read. Then data is analysed, processed and stored in SQL Server database. Users can browse information from the database by webpage based on Web application platform.It is an inevitable tendency that heat pipe network is reconstructed to save energy consumption&drain on manpower and material resources, it also has a very positive meaning, such as energy structure adjustment, managing environmental pollution and etc. GPRS network techniques effectively resolve the high price of the cable network facilities and complex structure.
