The project was design and realize the bid management system based on information technology. The system was based on the actual operation of the Jiaxing Development Real Estate Co., Ltd. The functional modules of the system included management function module, information issue module, expertise module, companies module and project management module. The users can issued, edit and delete bid information, hand on the files, store the files and search the files. The users can also used system to manage the companies and the expertise information, search the bid recordings, evaluate recordings and set up the system parameters.The bid management system used B/S model, it was developed by Hibernate, Spring and Struts2. The whole development process was based on software engineering standard.The system was pass the functional test and performance test, it was realized the function which were asked by the company, and can be used in the real work.
