Design And Implementation Of Bidding And Tendering Management Information System For Urumchi Railways Bureau

At present, most of enterprise, companies and institutions use bidding complete various projects. It can make more people and unit obtain the opportunity to participate. It makes the project competition more fairly. Due to it involves multiple departments and more than one person in the process of bidding, and the bidding information is limited by geography, the old labor management way is behind. At present, the Urumchi railway bureau has not a set of bidding management system to supervise and control the bidding situation of railway bidding.Therefore, we have designed and developed a bidding management system.We was analyzed the existing problems in the procedure of bidding and tendering of bidding management firstly, And introduced the necessity and urgency of this research task. It compares the way of bidding management between home and abroad. And it expounds the main research contents. In the phase of requirement, writes requirement technology file after a large number of communication with people working in bidding management department.Through business flow diagram and function use case diagram, it collates and expounds system business requirement, function requirement, role requirement and non-functional requirement.In the following phase of system design, it design system function module, the function structure of each module and part function sequence diagram according to the results of function requirement. It design database in detail. It design the logical and physical structure of database. In the phase of implementation, it explains the function of each module, some program flow and key interface.We have designed and implemented the system of bidding and tendering management information system for Urumchi railways bureau based on JAVA and SQL Server2008 technology. Through the managment system, Urumchi railways bureau realize bidding and tendering management on the internet. It improves management work of bidding and tendering largely. In the process of using system, the performance of system is stable and various function can oprate normally. It conform to the actual needs of users.
