The Design And Implement Of The Real Estate Bidding Management System

With the rapid development of China’s economic in nearly thirty years,the real estate industry has also been considerable progress in leaps and bounds. At the same time, the rapid development of IT has also penetrated into all walks of society. The real estate industry has also experienced a process from the traditional manual operations to the automation of computer information. In contrast, in the entire real estate management automation in the operations chain, real estate management aspects of the bidding is still relatively weak. Therefore, the real estate bidding for the management of information technology has become the urgent needs of the real estate business.This paper discusses the methods and techniques based on Spring+Struts2+Hibernate (SSH-based) systems. Two modes of C/S and B/S is designed to meet the different needs of the system, described as the main to the B/S, and briefly introduce the C/S part. Finally, we described the design and realization of real estate bidding management system based on the architecture and key technologies in the implementation process are discussed in detail. C/S part of the real estate bidding management system includes project management module, the tender unit information management module and template management module. It is used within the enterprise network management. B/S part of the project includes information management module, tender unit information management module, template management module and project information remote access module. It covers the entire project. The whole system is based on the lightweight SSH architecture. The development environment is Eclipse. Back-end database using MySQL. Web server using Tomcat. The system has strong scalability and weak coupling.
