Design And Implementation Of Data Management And Visualization Module In Cloud Tendering&bidding System

With the rapid development of information technology, more and more enterprises use the information system to realize the management and operation of the company. The data, as an important indicator of enterprise development, provides manager with the basis of analysis and decision.How to provide efficient and reliable data service by data visualization is the key that the information system faces. Cloud tendering&bidding system has been implemented for bidding agency, which provides the information system based on SaaS. But the data related to the business is scattered in the business process, which makes it difficult to summarize the data.The websites common statistical tools and visualization tools on the market are commonality strong, not custom, which is difficult to meet the data statistics requirements cloud tendering&bidding system. Based on the existing technical background, and for the deficiency of the data management function in system, this paper puts forward the data management and visualization module in the cloud tendering&bidding system, which introduces the data visualization technology into the cloud tendering&bidding system. Through the analysis of the system data and the bidding agency's business logic, concentrates on the management of the data in the system, realizing a specific data visualization services, including financial management and data visualization. Financial management provides services for financial staff through collecting financial data in system, and supplying data inputting, audit and other processes to meet the tender agent's operating process. Through the system of data monitoring and extraction, analysis result will be presented in the form of visualization in the function of visualization, which facilitates supervisor to master the operation of the company and the site.Based on the research of the existing technical scheme and the environment and business logic of the cloud bidding system, this paper puts forward the solution of data visualization in the cloud tendering&bidding system. Data visualization includes two parts: data acquisition and data presentation. Data acquisition is used to monitor the data in the system. It provides data source for data presentation. Compared with the common tools in the market, this system meets the requirements of the system, and the data closer to the system's business logic. Combined with the existing visualization technology and the permission control of the system, this paper presents the general design and algorithm flow of the data presented in this paper, transforms the original data into the graphic with mathematical meaning, realizes the visualization and improves the reusability of the module.
