Design And Implementation Of Business Management Module In Cloud Tendering&bidding System

With the development of Internet,informationization plays an increasingly important role in enterprise's development.There are shortcomings such as low expansibility and low customization in existing business management modules in tendering&bidding systems.This paper applies cloud computing to information system used in tendering&bidding agency companies,designs and implements the business management module in cloud tendering&bidding system based on SaaS(Software as a Service).To overcome the shortcomings,this paper proposes a business management module be used in the cloud tendering&bidding system.The module provides functions including project management,process management and data management.Different tenant can customize the business process according to there own requirements.Users can create projects,manage project information and tracking the processes.In addition,tenants' data is isolated.To implement the mentioned functions,the business management module is divided into three parts:project management submodule,process management submodule and data management submodule.Database schema is designed to support the storage of projects and processes.This paper proposes a method to define a process.The conditional branch and process manipulation is also supported in the method.Based on the database schema design,requirements related to project management are implemented in project management submodule.In the process management submodule,many business processes are implemented based on the process define method.In the data management submodule,each data manipulation request contains tenant's information,which improves the scalability of project management submodule and process management submodule.The scalability also make it possible to provide service for multi-tenants.After requirements analysis and researching the key issues,it comes the designing and implementing of the submodule.This paper designs and executes testing for the submodule,the results prove the submodule meets the requirements.Finally,it states a summary of the whole paper.
