On the teaching management, the pressure of huzhou vocational and technical college is very big, from the perspective of the running situation, its teaching management efficiency is low, with two outstanding problems: first, teaching management software is not integrated, part management failed to realize information; second, the academic management efficiency can not meet the demand for development of the school of the future. Therefore, the college decides to integrate the existing system, studies the educational administration management system of the college, the ultimate goal is the formation of educational management unified platform, to provide help for the college to improve the quality of educational administration.This system will be based on the actual teaching management as the background; the actual situation of the teaching management is investigated, the needs analysis of the system is completed, the design of the teaching management system is accomplished. The whole system is based on C/S and B/S structure; Then the implementation of the whole system is completed using c + + and ASP.NET technology. The whole system includes three subsystems, teaching subsystem, student subsystem, teacher subsystem. In this thesis, the main content includes:First, the actual situation of the school teaching management operation is understanded, the four roles(students, teachers, educational administrators and system administrators) has been clear, the teaching management system requirements analysis is completed.Second, the teaching management system is mainly used in functional division, clear teachers, students and educational management subsystem and the subsystem’s function. at the same time, make full use of the advantages of C/S and B/S structure, the formation of the teaching management system is based on hybrid structure.Third, common software development technologies are used; the development of teaching management system is completed in the corresponding software development platform. The teaching management system interface and business logic code are completed. At the same time, the function of this system test is completed using functional test cases.After the test run, the teaching management system can meet the reality and the next few years. It can make full use of educational information, share and realize the data analysis, improve the efficiency and quality of school educational administration management.
