The Analysis And Design Of B/S Structure Of Vocational School's Teaching Management System

Reform is the ultimate way out for teaching management, the content and essential means of reform is the informationization of teaching management. With the development of computer technology and web technology,there is an increasing demand for automatization, informationization and networking with regard to teaching management. With such great amount of information, how to make full use of the limited teaching resources in the school, how to be more effective in using the resources, to manage information in a standard way, to make enquires with high speed and to do statistics scientifically have become the focus of teaching departments as well as the whole school. The research and design of teaching management information system based on the web can be based on the school's intranet, realizing the complete sharing of information resources.During the research process of this dissertation, the author focuses on the following parts: system research and analysis, the overall structure design of the system, the data base analysis and design of the system, as well as the functional design of the system. In the process of research and analysis of the system, through rudimentary research of the system, feasibility research and the detailed research of the system, the author analyzed the management of students statuses, class schedule and students credits, describing briefly the data dictionary in the data system, choosing SQL Server 2000 as the data base, ASP as its development tool; in the process of the analysis and design of the database of system, through concept design and data model design, the author designed 38 data sheets this system needs to install; in the process of function designing, the author devised such shared function as the input and output the system needs to have, as well as the separate functions of students statuses, class schedule and students creditsThe research and design of B/S structure vocational school's teaching management system can strengthen the role of each management department towards teaching management and increase the teaching management level of the whole school. The interface of the whole system is clear, with full and easy to operate, matching the needs of vocational school's teaching management.
