| With the continuous deepening of our advanced educational reform and the continuous improvement of modernization in educational administration, the larger scale of our institute, the credit system and the shortage of teaching resoures causes the department of teaching administration to burden much heavier. Thus, it becomes the urgent task to develop the high effective system of management of teaching based on network. With thorough investigation and studies of the teaching management work, meeting the practical needs of teaching management, the system of management of teaching based on C/S structure and B/S structure has been designed. It includes the teaching plans, selection recourses on inernet,the curriculum arrangements, the students'registration, the students'grades ,the teachers'management, the system management and so on. The application of this system will undoubtedly reduce the work of teaching management staffs and liberate them from those complex and hard work, which can meet the institute's demands constantly, and make our institute develop furtherly with information wing.This paper lays emphasis in the following introduction:1. It explains the designing aim and principle of the system, the operating process of the Teaching Management and the overall structure design of the system;2. It analyses the advantages and the disadvantayes of C/S and B/S, the B/S structure system function operated on the campus net and Internet, and the C/S system function runned on the campus net and suppositional area net with the mixed rnodes of C/S anb B/S,and its major technical characteristics.3. The organization structure and function of the system is operated according to the management wodes both in the university and the departments.
