Design And Realization Of Teaching Management System In Chongqing Electronic Engineering Vocational College

Nowadays, various vocational schools in teaching students to develop management systems and methods keep constantly reforming with innovation. More ways of educating are being used, through which educational administration workload is hugely reduced by virtue of utilizing automatic administration. Modern school’s academic departments for educational information processing and analysis processing becomes increasingly complex. Therefore, we take the chance of Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering Educational Management personalized service on the case of studying to design the implementation of Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering Teaching Management System. During this research, I did a lot of coding and researching work.Design and implementation of Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering Teaching Management System, are based on three-layer architecture analysis, including presentation design layer, business logic and data access layers. More detailed work is done including what clients really need, how they want to be designed, functional implementation and systematical testing within this platform. This also includes the exploration and research of intelligent scheduling algorithm.(1)The author conducted a thorough analysis of user requirements of the platform, which involves user management needs, bulletin management needs, document management requirements. Finally, a platform with three-tier framework could work well as an administrational system.(2) The applications for the each functional design, consist mainly of the overall system design and database design, which includes the overall system design and system features with modular design and system functional structure design. Database design contains a database design and database ER diagrams detailed design.(3) For the critical function modules of the system, the author carried out a detailed design and implementation, which includes the system login module, announcements module, file module, Intelligent Scheduling module and so on.(4) Accomplishing testing work, namingly functional testing.
