Research And Implementation Of Colleges' Teaching Information Management System

Teaching information management is the core and infrastructure of the whole college information management. Tranditionally. manual handling is the primary way to magage the teaching information. There has been a huge mount of date and extremely various reporting form, so the efficiency of manual handling can not meet the needs of new development any more, and can not complete teaching management well. This situation has been made the informatization and networking of teaching information management inevitably and necessarily.This paper focusses on the research and implementation of teaching information management system. Based on B/S schema, this system adopts the campus network construction as the supporting platform and is implemented using.NET technology. It includes four subsystems in terms of comprehensive services, comprehensive query, statistical analysis and system management.In this paper, we firstly describe the overall architecture of the system design and functional structure in detail. We discuss the user authentication and how to use the user access control to ensure the safety of the use of data mainly in the aspect of the system security design. Secondly, design and implementation of the subsystem is described in detail. Comprehensive services subsystem is mainly used for basic data entry, data maintenance and reporting management. Comprehensive query subsystem provides users with inquiry service, using a common data dictionary-based dynamic query methods, which not only enhances the consistency of system data, but also improves the system scalability and maintenance to achieve the query optimization. Statistical analysis subsystem includes generateing summary reports, generating statistical reports, and multidimensional data visualization, which on OLAP technology in the system of in-depth research. Finally, we give a conclusion of the research and implement, and also point out the issues that need to be deal with in the future.The system has been greatly enhanced the effectiveness and efficiency of teaching management, and has been widely praised.
