At present, many enterprises have recognized the importance of performance management system, that unconditional transplantation approach of the foreign performance management system is not feasible, we need to consider the actual situation of their own national regions and enterprises, the performance management system in line with the actual business is the must way.In this thesis, after in-depth investigation and study of Tianda Company, the job requirements of the employees in the performance management are understanded. The performance management related business contents are analyzed, the performance management system is desiged which can meet the actual demand. The whole system fully reflects the performance management technology of BSC and KPI, the decomposition, customization, and input function of index are realized, The mature theories of performance technology are used in the whole system. In order to ensure the effective use of performance management of related data, and ensure the real performance management to improve performance of the function, the performance report including four dimension report, comprehensive analysis report and KPI assessment design are provided, it ensure that the performance results can look up in the system and the analysis and decision function can realized. Finally, the whole performance management system is completed based on B/S and ASP.NET technology, the system has the characteristic of low cost, convenient upgrade and maintenance.The system is run in the company, found that it can reduce performance management work, improve the efficiency of performance management; it can effectively improve the timeliness;it can improve the performance management standardization and transparency. Overall, the performance management system has become an important tool for human resource management of the company, and can effectively help the company to complete the related work of performance management,it is a successful case in the process of informatization.
