Design And Implementation Of Music Equipment Management System In Minbei Vocational & Technical College

With the development of higher education, the number of the college music teachin g staff and students are in a steady expansion. With the characteristics of music educati on considered, equipments required in the process of teaching are increasing, together w ith the difficulty and workload for the music school to manage the equipments. To guara ntee a successful and efficient teaching process, it is necessary to replace the complicate d inefficient or semi-manual equipment management mode with a more efficient and pr oductive one. It is very important to develop an integrated music equipment managemen t system, based on the modern advanced information technology.Set in the background of development of music equipment management system in Min Bei Vocational & Technical College’s professional music education, the research ai ms at the analysis and design of university’s basic music equipment management, includ ing procurement, usage and maintenance management.Current research of the music equipment management at home and abroad, and the key technology and theory of system design are introduced. Current situation of music e quipment management and the existing problems are analysed, demonstrating the signifi cance of developing music equipment information management system in Min Bei Vocat ional & Technical College.Based on the structured development method, the need of music equipment inform ation management system is analysed in detail, including the basic information manage ment, procurement management, usage management and maintenance management. Wh at’s more, the feasibility, security and other none-functional requirements are analysed. The design process of main modules are introduced.(e.g. the code and user interfaces)The database required for the system is analysed, including requirement analysis, l ogical structure design and conceptual design. Some key data table design are elaborate d in detail.Finally, the whole analysis and design of the music equipment information manage ment are summarised. The existing shortcomings are covered.The research provides a reference for the construction and development of music e quipment information management system in higher music colleges and universities. It boasts of a practical significance for the improvement of efficiency, and informatization of in music equipment management.
