Design And Implementation Of Equipment Procurement Plan Management Information System

Equipment procurement information management system developed bycomputer combining with the use knowledge of a variety of fields, has replaced itscientifically and reasonable manage the equipment procurement files, and expansionmanagement system.The dissertation research management information system of procurement plansfor equipment, which based on B/S mode, we design and develop the system by meansof structured development methods. Firstly, we research the status of procurement ofequipment management of domestic and international, especially in small andmedium-sized domestic enterprises. By discussing problems about equipmentprocurement management systems, and of which the system can solve. Secondly,through comparing the mode and analysis methods of the information systems, wechoose B/S mode and the structured development methods as the developing mode andmethod. And then we state the feasibility of the system from three aspects of economic,technical, operational, define the objectives of the system and perform a brief analysisabout operations of the system, draw out business flow diagram and data flow chart.Thirdly, we design the system overall and detailed. Finally, based on conduction aboutthe development tools and runtime environment of the system, we take several typicalmodules as an example, and describe the realization process of the system in detail.
