As the department of managing architecture market economy units,architecture market manage department have many work everyday,the traditional methds of work has been unable to meet requires,they need information measures to improve work efficiency and level,to promote scientific management process,to strengthen data sharing,make a good foundation for the future work.This paper research an architecture market enforcement case information management system,it is all information management system appearing in this situation,this system will control every procedure of a case,from the source,record,investigation,examination,approval?final and cancellation,completely specify the whole process of ease.At first,the paper discusses the development background and research purpose of the whole system.Then,according to the theory of management information system and structured method,the function of case information management system is designed from the process of combing,role analysis and requirement analysis.In the demand analysis part,the organization structure of the whole law enforcement system is analysised by the Liuhe analysis method;and describes the case handling process.In the design part,from the overall design of the system,the subsystem function design of the whole system and the design of the main database table is put forward.The purpose of this paper is to play a guiding role in the Information management of the law enforcement cases.
