Research And Analysis Of Multimedia Classroom Equipment Management Information System

Multimedia teaching equipment is the important material base of the school multimedia teaching. Although many school have accumulated much experience during the practice of the multimedia equipment management. Information technology of multimedia equipment management helps to improve the usage and the life of the equipment, to reduce workload of the management staffs and the maintenance rate of the equipment, to standard the equipment management.The paper first introduce the research background and significance of the multimedia equipment management system, searching and studing the related research results of each scholar and company. Making Induction, analysis and summarize the problem of this system which is needed to be solved. In the requirement analysis stage, we have a detailed demand analysis.,including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements. Giving the business flow chart, data flow chart. In the design of the system, the overall design and module design of the system mainly includes six functional modules:information exchange, basic information management, use management, maintenance management, scrap management and system management.This paper presents the design of H, IPO and core processing flow chart, and the design of the system is described in detail; in the design of the database, the entity relationship diagram and the main database table are given. In the last part of the paper, the contents of the research were summarized, and the main contents of the work were summarized, and the shortcomings of the paper were pointed out, and the future work was prospected.This system has solved the problems such as the artificial management of the multimedia equipment, the generation of equipment, the high rate of maintenance, the high scrap rate, the confusion of the registration, the management of human feelings, the low efficiency and so on.So as to improve the quality of teaching, but also reduce the cost of the management of multimedia equipment, to provide protection for the interests of the school.
