With the rapid development of computer information technology,enterprise information management is gradually moving forward,but small and medium-sized enterprises lack the corresponding customized equipment information management system software.In this context,I thoroughly studied the equipment management status of a certain printing and dyeing company in Wuxi City,summed up the general business needs of the small and medium-sized enterprises for equipment management,and designed and developed a Web-based equipment information management system.The purpose is to achieve the information management of small-scale enterprise equipment and standardizes the equipment repair process and help enterprises to formulate preventive maintenance plans.The system mainly has five functional modules:(1)equipment information and parts information management,(2)user information management,(3)equipment repair process management,(4)equipment failure data statistics and analysis,(5)equipment preventive maintenance plan development.I first investigated the actual situation of the equipment management of a printing and dyeing company in Wuxi,analyzed the work flow and detailed implementation of the equipment management,and then reintegrated and optimized the existing business processes to determine the specific information involved in the equipment management system.The entity sorted out the business function requirements that the system should achieve.Then,the overall architecture design of the equipment information management system is carried out,including the design of each functional module,the design of the system database and the design of the front-end UI interface.Then using the current mature and popular software development technology and development model,the device information management system was coded and implemented,and the system was tested and deployed.In terms of system implementation,this paper adopts the B/S network architecture.The project program is written based on the separate design patterns of the front and back ends.The system server is based on the Spring Boot framework and the database uses the open source relational database PostgreSQL.The system browser is based on the React framework and uses the Ant Design UI design language.The data exchange between the front and back ends of the system through RESTful API services.In addition,the optimization of preventive maintenance cycle model for equipment is studied in this paper,and the model is optimized to solve the proposed model through the actual data of the company.This model can help companies scientifically and reasonably develop preventive maintenance plans.The actual application found that the system is operating stably.At present,the system employs 110 people in various roles,entered more than 3,000 pieces of equipment and accessories,and the system maintains more than 20 orders for daily maintenance.The use of this system satisfies the information management requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises' equipment,provides scientific guidance for preventive maintenance and maintenance of equipment,and provides an effective data basis for future equipment demonstration and equipment purchase.
