The Design And Development Of The Music Equipment Management System

As the development of the computer and network, the traditional manually management has been replaced by the modern technique. The management system is becoming a popular manage model and a way to improve the efficiency of administration.Music equipment management system is an important part of management in university and has significance meaning because the music equipment plays an important role in conservatory of music and also is the inherent assets of China. This music equipment management system is developed follows the survey of current music equipment management situations and the management mechanism in Tianjin Conservertory of Music. With this system, common works can be done which includes user side and the administrator side. There are 5 modules in user side including user information module, instrument manage module, instrument borrow module, instrument reservation module and purchasing module. The administrator side also covers 5 modules including account maintenance module, user management module, equipment management module, borrow and reservation module and purchasing management module.The system is developed by Java within IDE MyEclipse 10 integrated with tomcat. The database is designed by Mysql5.1 which can be connected through JDBC driver freely and guarantee the integrity, consistency and security of the database. MVC module is adapted which helps make the logical structure clearly and the code clean and efficiency. JSP and CSS is used for the friendly interface in page design.
