With the rapid development of information technology, web-based information systems are more and more widely used in information construction by businesses, governments and other entities and has achieved fruitful development. However, since there is no common interface between designs of previous systems, resulting in various systems run independently and cannot share data, and there are lots redundancy function modules, which caused some waste of resources. To solve the "islands of information" to promote the sharing of resources and the exchange of data between the brothers systems, strengthen the comprehensive information management, enterprise information portals have emerged.Enterprise Information Portal is a facade of enterprise network platform, and a node of internal and external communication in enterprise. It is an integrated and comprehensive platform about the related data and system. According to the trend of the information in today’s enterprise, Enterprise Information Portal is the foundation of the Enterprise IT strategic planning. For system integration, it can provide convenience for business automation and office automation. For the enterprise information integration, it can provide convenience for investigation and inquiry to internal and external stakeholders.This thesis intends to adopt a framework based on the B/S, at the same time, using the relational database platform to study, combining with the oil transportation enterprise’s actual business information systems, and make column planning design, design and development as the core platform. Based the BPR theory and Multi-Agent System model, using Share Point Portal Server and Share Point Team Service, we achieve pages and content development based on the Webpart model. Then we adopt the design approach by the backend database implementation and achieve the overall structure of the front end.The system now has been put into trial operation, the results show that the system performance is good, reliable, easy to use, and achieves information resources sharing, improves work efficiency and effective use of resources, finally achieve the desired results.
