Study And Development Of Laiwu Iron&Steel Enterprise Information Portal&Office Automation

Enterprise information portal provides a safe and single entry about contents and cooperation. It also supplies collection and cooperation technology for people. The construction of the information portal is designed and completed through the portal platform of the operation interface of all the application systems. The data collection and conformity is its core. So it can serve the business net through full and organic conformity of information of all the present application systems and data resources.OA system, which adopts the advanced technology, can do some working operation through the information equipment to improve the productivity, the working efficiency and quality to suit for the management and decision. It makes the automation of work flow come true and strengthens the cooperation ability of different sections so as to get higher working-efficiency. Furthermore, based on the internet, working automation system also makes the mobile working come true. Without the limitation of communication technology, the automatic and internet working between organizations also is realized.The paper is organized as follows. First, we give the theory of the enterprise EIP&OA and the construct method, and analyses the information actuality of the Laiwu Steel Group. Then we put forward the logic structure of EIP&OA information system of Laiwu Steel Group according to building study organization and improve the industrialization by the information. We also describe the function and realization of system based on the system logic structure. The enterprise EEP&OA is mainly studied in this article. According to the actual situation of Laiwu Steel Group, the working automatic system is designed to meet the actual demand and improve the management level of Laiwu Steel Group. This system includes the enterprise information portal, working handling function, data exchange platform and real time cooperation function. In the end we give a prospect about the future of executing the EIP&OA of Laiwu Steel.
