Research And Analysis Of Lincang Municipal Affairs Office Information System

Electronic Government has become an important part of national information co nstruction,which plays the key role in transformation of the government,improving t he government management,public service and emergency ability.The E-Governmen t is also helpful to regulate administrative operation,increase the administrative effici ency,improve the openness of government,and promote the construction of a clean a nd honest administration,exploitation and utilization of information,which also has i mportant significance to promote health of national economy and informational societ y.Based on actual situation and construction of office information platform in Lincan g,we designed and popularized a set of standardized government office software syste m aiming at meeting the actual business need of government departments of all the dis tricts in Lincang,which resulted in the internal paperless office,information sharing a nd data exchange between the superior and subordinate,meanwhile,standardized the office process,enhanced the efficiency and provided supports for leadership decision-making.This paper introduces the background and significance of Lincang Municipal Government office information system,and makes use of object-oriented method to study and analyze.The system is divided into eight modules:receipt management,document management,instruction management,conference notification management,leadership schedule management,internal announcement management,basic data management,system management.In the function analysis,this paper describes the function of the system by using the use case diagram and the use case specification,and gives the overall function chart and sub-function chart of the system.In the data analysis,the entity class diagram and the correlation Database table.Finally,the content of the research is summarized,the main work of this paper is expounded,the shortcomings of the paper are pointed out,and the future work is prospected.The paper has completed the preliminary analysis of the system,for the future of the system development and research work laid the foundation.
