Design&Implementation Of The Prison Office System Based On The J2EE

After the informatization construction of prison in country, the prison haveembarked on the information-based road. Although Guangdong is located in theforefront of reform and opening up, but some prison province (such as I in Meizhouprison) also has been used in traditional office mode of communication, documentthis way transfer, file sharing, knowledge sharing is very backward andinconvenience. Therefore, the office automation system of a fully functional, processspecification has become a pressing matter of the moment the prison system. In viewof this, I have learned to use their theoretical knowledge and practical ability of theprison office automation design and implementation are studied. Through thissystem, unified management of Meizhou prison can achieve information prisonpreliminary complete, promote the coordination of each unit in the system, theprison service levels, improve internal management level to a higher level, lay asolid foundation for the next step in the development of the prison.This paper adopts the B/S architecture, using SQL SERVER2010database asthe central database, the basic framework of the three layer structure of MVC andJ2EE, using JSP language to implement the Meizhou city jail office system software.The article adopts the methods of literature research and system analysis method tostudy, key techniques using data cache solves the office automation and informationsharing problems, the whole system has the characteristics of convenient use,unified interface, complete functions, good performance, high safety index and goodcompatibility, can be used in prison.This paper mainly completed the following work: The overall architectureconstruction of the Meizhou city jail office automation system, through the researchof home and abroad, analyzed the Meizhou prison based on specific needs, the officesystem is divided into system login, meeting management, communication, personal office, basic module, management module. According to the system requirements, itcompleted the design of automatic office system. The design includes the design ofeach function module of system and the main design business process. According tothe demand analysis described in detail the system design ideas, automatic officesystem has been realized successfully. From the work flow of the whole system ofprison’s point of view, to set up the management system of an office and informationsharing.
