| Office Automation is a kind of new office method,which applies modern office technologies,such as computer and communication,into the traditional office.It applies modern devices and information technology to replace part of the traditional manual or repetitive activities to process office affairs and business information with higher quality and efficiency,in order to increase productivity and help decision making,maximizing work efficiency,quality and improving working environment.At present,with the development of information technology,whether an enterprise can realize office automation with modern office equipment and information technology becomes an important index to measure its modern degree.Based on this background,this paper comprehensively studies the office automation technology and its achievement.It firstly introduces the research background and significance of the office automation system,which studies the office automation technology development at home and abroad,and the research achievements related to office automation technology,such as office portal,information exchange,document transmission,transmission encryption,and so on.Then,based on the survey of general enterprises,scientific research and administrative institutes,this paper put forward the functional and non-functional requirements of office automation.The functional requirements include office portal module,core modules,system function module and system support functions,and the non-functional requirements include performance requirements,high availability,reliability,safety,easy maintenance and easy to use.Lastly,based on the above requirements,this paper introduces the system general design methods in three aspects,system architecture,technology architecture and data architecture.It introduces the detailed design methods of each module,and the development methods with user management module as an example.Finally,this paper introduces the system testing objectives,methods and the actual testing cases. |
