Design And Implementation Of Nanhu Jail E-government System Of Zhejiang Province

While the prison administration and social service costs decreased : online paperless public office can not only improve work efficiency, but also that community to conserve resources, but also can realize the sharing of information, thereby reducing the cost of prison government; streamline government agencies, the construction of e-government system, the development of part of the prison, has played a very important role.In this thesis, introducing SOA to build e-government system process, using service-oriented architecture allows not only the old system and can be suitable for the new e-government system needs change effectively combine, in addition, also e-government systems to prevent the emergence of too great cross-sectoral and inter-regional "islands of information." The main summarized as follows :( 1) a detailed study of the architecture of SOA, and the current e-government systems in the sharing of resources, there are aspects of unified planning, on this basis, the build system based on SOA architecture, business processes, applications, systems integration, and data integration carried out a detailed exploration, and eventually formed a SOA-based solution for the entire e-government system;( 2) in Zhejiang Nanhu prison, for example, by the relevant government departments in Zhejiang Province Lake and the prison-depth communication, understand and master the system design requirements. On the basis of the needs analysis, complete the system functional design and database design, on this basis, for program coding and testing program modules.From a practical point of view, e-government system based on SOA architecture for the integration of collaborative government applications prison sector information resources, to provide a very effective solution to a great extent to meet the prison authorities between different systems information sharing needs, to achieve the synergy between the various departments of the office.
