Because of the special nature of the work of prison, the safety of the prison channel is the key of prison management. All want to enter the prison of migrant workers, must be submitted to apply for immigration and proof of identity, identity verification, through the leadership of approval, can the prison police lead responsibility in and out of prison work. With the continuous development of prison labor processing, more and more foreign personnel, safety, and low efficiency, low material management difficulties such as the traditional artificial management, access control system, a single recognition technology are safety blind spot problem, and the combination of several technologies simple access control system, there are "information island" can not be coordinated operations of the puzzle access control system.Aiming at the problems encountered in prison and management, this paper presents the prison and integrated safety management system, this paper focuses on the theory of software engineering, the design includes the demand analysis, the outline design, data modeling, system implementation, software testing process. First of all, to the prison system and access control management as the main object of study, the composition and principle of access control system, various kinds of biological recognition technology, and comparison of various biological recognition technology advantages and disadvantages, selection of access control system in the system integrated fingerprint, face, palm vein three kinds of biometric identification technology. Through multiplexing of multiple biometric modalities, achieve complementary advantages between various recognition, recognition blind avoid single recognition method, ensure the security identification technology. At the same time, the traditional IC card and palm vein recognition technology, realize the vein recognition 1:1 verification, change "recognizing the card did not recognize people" phenomenon, and improve the efficiency of authentication. Secondly, the actual demand and application management based on the current situation of prison prison, carding and approval process, in-depth analysis of how to use information technology tools to improve the efficiency of access approval, implementation of outsourcing staff access to application and approval, authorization, authentication, access permissions, fast track recovery after the full electronic management.The system use Power Designer database modeling, the technical route based on J2EE+Oracle platform, using B/S+C/S mixed mode, to achieve a variety of biometric identification technology, access control system and centralized management of distributed applications. The system completed six major functions of one-stop information registration, access management, pass management, access control management, identification of equipment management, the user management module, using C/S model in the access control module combined with hardware equipment, implementation of unified user management, unified control, unified authorization door forbidden configuration and a variety of access control strategy management, unified data, to improve system flexibility and applicability. The system has been applied in many domestic prison guard project, provide integrated safety management personnel management, identity authentication, access to the prison and prison, effectively promote the standardized management and information construction process.
