Design And Implementation Of DataBase For E-Government

With the great progress of the information technology and the rapid development of Internet, one global information society is growing up. The level of national economy and society on information has become an important sign to measure the country's general strength. As the 'center node' of the information stream, Government affair of information has become a strong force which help the process of information development. For Chinese government function innovation, E-government becomes one of the most important contents. However, during the process of the E-government construction, 'data island', 'digital gulf and security problems have hampered the governmental process of information over along period. So the government badly needs the platform software which can resolve these problems and appropriate to china's requirement.This paper in view of above situation, designed and implements one Data_base integration solution to the E-government. Carries on the analysis to the 'data island' question in E-government , and puts forwards the main framework and the organizational structure of the shared platform. The paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant technology of the data exchange, and designs and implement Key technologies and Key modules. At last, we introduce the developing, application and the future of the system.
