Customer income is the main source the postal company's income.For the postal company,it is the key to improve the quality of postal service and the competitiveness of the market.Therefore,using information technology to improvethe efficiency and quality of customer service management has a very important impacton the development of the postal company.This paper mainly uses the software engineering construction thought to construct the XH City Post company customer service management system.First of all,this paper analyzed the target of customer management system construction of XH service postal company.Using UML use case analysis method,this paper analyzed customer functional requirements of XH postal company from aspects of the customer service staff,management staff and system administrators.From the aspects of the performance of data security and system,this paper analyzed the non-functional requirements.Secondly according to the analysis of the system requirements,this paper determined the system construction principle,the overall structure and the three layer structures of B/S XH postal company customer service management system design,and the system is mainly from the angle of the system function is divided into customer information,customer information maintenance subsystem and application subsystem system information management subsystem three functional modules.Finally,using Struts2 technology,Spring technology and Hibernate technology of XH postal company customer service,this study provided customer information management system maintenance subsystem,customer information application subsystem and system information management subsystem for the realization of the code.This research also improved the data security by having backup of the database,and improved system performance by optimizing the system performance.Through the test of XH postal company customer service management system,the result showed that the customer service management system designed in this paper can meet the needs of XH City postal company's customer service management.It will play a significant role in improving XH City postal company customer service quality and management.
