Gas group co. ltd of Chengdu is a single-funded state-owned enterprise, the normalization of processing the official documents is long term and basic work. Official document-handling is an important part of official business. The workflows within traditional enterprises usually involve dealing with paper documents by hand. This paper made a study of document flow system, proposed that the key factor in developing a general document flow system is making users to set processes, distribute roles and control authority for them according to the necessary.In this thesis, the document processing requirements and current situation of the enterprise and the deficiency were analyzed, and the second overview document processing system development present situation at home and abroad, including the upgrading of the system and USES the technology upgrade, etc. Involved in information system design and development of related technology, mainly including the JSP technology, and SSH framework based on MVC design pattern, etc., these technology system will be applied to the design and implementation of document management information system. To the detailed design document management system, using the sequence diagram and flowchart of combination method, the system’s main modules: dispatch management, system management, mail management, system management, query management the specific design process has carried on the detailed elaboration. Paper expounds on the implementation of document management system, the interface of each module and interface of the description of the specific function in detail,. For document processing system test, the test includes two aspects, respectively is function test and performance test, in the functional test, by writing a specific case, to carry on the system input, and then compare the expected output and actual output; In performance test, through the simulation of a large number of users at the same time operating scenarios to test the pressure to bear ability of information system, and the result of the test data are analyzed.
