Analysis And Design Of The Document Management System Based On J2EE

With the rapid development of the information technology during the 21st century, the traditional paper-based office documents have been gradually replaced by the electronic ones. The Office Automation has become the development trend of the modern office. In order to solve the complex business problems of the document management system, we have designed and developed a new management system which is based on the J2EE Technoloy, including document signing module, document handling processes, document supervision module, leadership instruction, document sub-office module, registration documents, and official return etc. The design follows the idea of component development, restructuring the system functions to refine the way to achieve the components. The system is decomposed into UI components, logic components, and business components. In addition to the realization of the business components, it also plays a very important role in security management, document control, efficiency monitoring and other functions.This thesis is aimed at J2EE technology and the system development of component technology. It combines the university document management system and has a deeper research and exploration. It also presents the key technology in great detail. The system uses the J2EE technology and relational database to provide the users with a simple interface. So they can complete the receipt, issue the document, information dissemination, and other common office management. By the deployment and installation of the system in our college, we can solve lots of problems of the internal departments efficiently. For example, the long-standing information updates are not synchronized, poor coordination and other problems. It can significantly contribute to the college management system in a scientific and standardized way. The system will promote the development and use of information technology in colleges, and improve the campus network and the level of college office automation. It also has important reference value and practical significance for the large number of similar Web application development at present.
