Construction Of Document Delivery Management Information System Of High-educated Institution Based On J2EE

At present, because of development and popularization of information technology, the construction of document resources in the library is the first to be stepping into the information-oriented process in the territory of information service. As the ever-increasing price of the document resources, such as books and journals, etc, it is difficult for the library to provide the service of all kinds of books to readers. And the traditional service scheme cannot be satisfied by the needs of readers and times. So the information resources integrated scheme and information between libraries become an important role in the modem service of books. Document delivery has become a main stream of document supply service in library for satisfying the variety and hierarchy of information requirements of readers.Based on the background, according to the project that the construction of document delivery service system in libraries of high-educated institution of Sichuan province, my essay will to study the scheme of document delivery between libraries, and to analyze and design the MIS of document delivery in high-educated institution. As for an application system of libraries, the system supplies convenient tools of document delivery, opens up the way for satisfying requirements of readers, and plays an important role in sharing of information resources between libraries.The thesis obtains several achievements:(1) Analyze the transaction flow and data flow of the system. Use UML to model the system, use DFD to analyze the data flow.(2) Construct the whole model of the system. For integrating the requirement, transaction flow and data flow of the system, use UML to build the whole model of the system.(3) Establish the assembling principle and model of document retrieve and document delivery. Utilize communication model diagram and system model diagram to clarify, take advantage of Z39.50 protocol to realize trans-database retrieve and take use of InterLibrary Loan to achieve document delivery.(4) Put forward a NetShot Data Searches Mode. Based on Z39.50 protocol, utilize peer-to-peer technique and NetShot algorithm to search the database documents.
