This article summarizes the current web technology, and the basic concepts and architecture of database technology. Introduced the principle of meteorological data classification, analysis the status quo of meteorological information sharing services, put forward the use of web-based approach to build the design of meteorological information-sharing system. The system combines Oracle databases, metadata, Web GIS, Java, graphic image processing, middleware, ect.To set up a set of real-time weather data, historical weather data and the integrated meteorological information platform with a variety of meteorological products under the environment of meteorological information sharing. To provide users the services with B / S and C / S, and achieve the real-time transmission, processing and storage of various types of meteorological data, and has functions of online real-time browsing, query, and download.The paper systematically analyzes meteorological data according to its characteristic, and Shares principles of meteorological data. With the distribution of oracle database design, it provides a powerful platform for sharing source of support. Combining the current popular web technology and middleware technology, It provides users with multiple interface, not only convenient for meteorological data query and retrieval, but also convenient for developers to use meteorological data for programming. In addition, the platform is derived from the pup radar satellite image products, fine weather forecast, the city of products such as weather function modules; sharing resources to achieve the optimal made effective exploration. Using web technology development of new meteorological information sharing system, we will have effective use of space weather business expansion and improve meteorological information service level.
