The survey suggests that Evaluation indicators of our traditional bank performance management system focuses on far more financial indicators than risk and quality indicators, customer service indicators, staff development indicators, etc. This led to brain drain and huge economic losses.The main purpose of this article is to design a bank performance management system that embody advanced guiding ideology of similar software systems in Western and accord with Chinese national conditions, adapting to the trends of banking reform in China, to help Chinese banking to improve core competitiveness and win international competition.This thesis implemented performance management system is the use in the B / S framework for J2 EE development and implementation. Use UML Unified Modeling Language for the relevant requirements analysis and system design. This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of performance management systems of commercial banks system management and performance management modules were elaborated. From the perspective of the overall planning, the new performance management system, the higher perspective, focusing on the overall situation. This system is mainly to achieve the following three main modules:(1) rights management: give users different rights in different categories, with different permissions a user can operate differently.(2) Performance management: employee performance by the employee himself responsible for uploading, directly under the lower performance management processes reviewed by supervisors. The performance audit can be queried by the statistical operation.(3) System Management: banking sector, job and employee information management. The system administrator can add, delete, modify this information.The system has been tested to meet the needs of the proposed requirements analysis phase, can effectively help banks improve work efficiency, saving labor costs..
