| The Automation System studied in this paper provides a complete automation solution for solar cell modules. As the complex manufacturing process and numerous material processing information of solar cell modules, Automation System Material Management for entire process of production is urgently needed to ensure the real time and integrity of all the information, ultimately to improve productivity and reduce costs.This paper first analyzes the architecture and introduces the main functions of Automation System, elaborates the importance of material management in industrial production. Then through the analysis of traditional material management, the requirement analysis of Automation System Material Management base on MES is proposed. Next, according to the requirement analysis and related technology research, the database of the system is designed and the overall design of Automation System Material Management is given, including function modules and application programming interface. After that, the specific implementations of Material Management are focused on, including basic data management, material storage management, Work-In-Process transfer, material tracking control, product quality management and security. Finally, the integrated tests for some functions are carried out and summarized using the pre-designed test cases. |
