Exam and the management of scores are very important for schools, particularly in colleges and universities. They have a direct effect on the survival and development of schools. At the same time, with the rapid development of society, the examination scores play an increasingly important role on personnel selection and title/post promotions. Since scores are closely related to the future and fate of the examinees, it makes cheating in examinations become serious problems with more difficulties for preventing. Over the years, the departments in charge and the research institutions concerned have been committing to the study of anti-cheat. Many methods have been proposed, however, most achievements focus on the policy-making, punishments and so on. The problem is hardly solved fundamentally.Providing the analysis of the current examinations and their management, the key of anti-cheating is cutting off the communications between the examinees and their collaborators during examinations, which is preventing co-cheating. As the co-cheating involves many aspects, it is very difficult to prevent. In this paper, a new idea based on concepts of modern management is proposed. It achieves anti-cheating technology using software systems, which will help to solve the following two problems. (1) Preventing examinees from cheating in the examination room with collaborators. (2) Putting an end to the cheating in management of examination scores. In order to address the first question, make anti-fraud technology involve in the application systems and make full use of the computer performance, algorithms are put forward including the optimization of arranging the examination rooms and the random generation of examinee numbers under dynamic conditions. The algorithms make application system not only have anti-cheating function and automation in arranging examination, but also increase the practicality of the system. The second problem is closely related to the first question. In order to prevent cheating actions in the management of examination scores, "Control method on five paragraphs" is proposed. The control method can make it more standard and reliable for making and recording scores and managing them. The anti-cheating technology is welcome by the authorities because it is originated in practice and takes full advantage of computer automation technologies. In 2006, the development of the application software system, based on the technology, is completed using Delphi, a visual object-oriented programming language. From then on, the software has been using in Zaozhuang University, and is given a widely welcome because of its anti-cheating function and better efficiency.
