With the rapid development of information technology and the increasingly competitive business model, intelligent management affairs school will use the scientific, modern project management daily, especially the staff performance appraisal is a larger workload for different levels of assessment, assessment of teachers should adopt different reference system, clearly different evaluation index. All colleges and universities also gradually take the performance management measures, mainly by paper word, warehouse of traditional management tools for the original records management, the traditional examination method has a lot of shortcomings, can not realize the data sharing of resources, can not use the data information means to quickly find the need, but also can not be achieved comprehensive query to achieve rapid processing objective.The evaluation process in this paper focuses on the daily teacher performance evaluation, mainly from the school, teachers and other staff in hand, detailed demand investigation, from the use of operational, practical, focus on performance evaluation of project document design, performance appraisal project data base design, performance appraisal, project development, performance assessment project testing, performance assessment system and the performance appraisal project overall design, process design, functional design, gives a comprehensive elaboration and implementation, and then each sub module of detailed analysis and demonstration, so that the entire performance appraisal system be created, start, end reflect the performance management system information for the school management level, enhance daily.The performance appraisal management system will use the B/S system architecture, software framework and application of object oriented programming technology of JAVA and MySql as the background database management system for project development, the performance appraisal management system from the school teachers will be routine, chaos, disorder, inefficient work thoroughly liberation, to participate in the core business in the work, to improve the teaching management of human resources, and daily efficient time management, the cost can be reduced, so as to improve the teaching management efficiency.The realization of performance appraisal management system fully reflects the performance of system and the establishment of evaluation model of the management of high quality, high efficiency, the main function of the realization of performance indicators for assessment of library management, late as reference, the individual performance management and team performance management as a series of processes such as personal self rating, higher scoring, assessment, workpoint performance summary, performance review, realize the attendance management system, from the employee’s daily attendance, performance process, published use wage account the school staff wages settlement; the staff resources upload, download, share knowledge base management, realizing self-service management personnel of the whole system.
